Every child will receive a thoughtful, age-appropriate gift, hand-picked by Santa and wrapped by his elves.

Both kids enjoyed seeing him sooo much!!! Adults too! He was amazing!
My oldest boy said he was 100% the real Santa (& not one of his helpers) as he’s the best he’s ever seen & even knew his name when he walked in without asking! They’ve both not stopped talking about him (& his football jokes!) he was brilliant!
Just wanted to say thank you to you and all your team after our visit today.
We loved meeting Santa, and his gift was lovely ( he had it opened before we got out of the car park). The tree is up, and the gorgeous wreath you made is hung.
Thank you again, and we will see you again next year.
We have been visiting Santa's Grotto's for over 10 years with our family and we wanted to say this was by far the best one we have ever been to!
We can't wait for next year now!!
